"This isn't just a job. It's a chance to change someone's life - including your own."

We're always looking for passionate, values-driven people who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of Australians living with disability. At Astara Wellness, this isn't just a job - it's a chance to be part of something meaningful, to show up every day knowing your work truly matters. If you lead with empathy, believe in person-centred support and want to grow within a purpose-driven organisation, we'd love to hear from you.

We hire for heart and train for skill. What sets our team apart isn't just qualifications - it's warmth, reliability, cultural awareness and a genuine commitment to the people we support. In return, we offer a supportive and inclusive workplace, flexible working arrangements, ongoing professional development and clear pathways for career growth. We celebrate diversity in all its forms and actively welcome applicants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people with lived experience of disability, and anyone who shares our belief that every person deserves dignified, personalised support.

Roles we hire for across the following areas:

  • Support Workers delivering hands-on daily living, community access and personal care supports.

  • Community Care Workers supporting participants to engage with their communities and build everyday skills.

  • Support Coordinators helping participants navigate their NDIS plans and connect with the right services.

  • Community Nurses providing professional nursing care in community settings.

  • Allied Health Professionals including occupational therapists and other practitioners supporting participant goals.

  • Administration and Operations staff keeping Astara Wellness running smoothly behind the scenes.

All successful applicants must hold or be willing to obtain a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, National Police Check and First Aid and CPR certification. We are happy to support candidates who are in the process of obtaining these.

To apply, simply send your CV and a short cover letter to hello@astarawellness.com.au, telling us about yourself, what draws you to disability support and the role you're interested in.

If your application is a good fit, a member of our team will be in touch for a friendly, informal conversation - no pressure, just a chat.

Astara Wellness is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team that reflects the communities we serve.

All applications are treated with confidentiality and respect.
