Daily Tasks & Shared Living

Daily living support in

shared or group settings

Astara Wellness provides assistance with daily life tasks for participants living in shared or group arrangements. This support is designed to help participants manage everyday routines, develop independence and participate in household life.

Creating structure, confidence & calm

Daily Tasks & Shared Living supports help participants manage the everyday demands of home life, whether living independently, with family or in a shared living environment. Our team provides hands-on assistance with tasks that support a safe, comfortable and well-maintained home.

We work with each participant to understand which tasks they would like assistance with and which they prefer to manage themselves, always aiming to build confidence and capability over time. Our role is to fill the gaps - not to take over.

For participants in shared living environments, we understand the unique dynamics of shared spaces and work respectfully within them, supporting the individual participant while being mindful of the household as a whole.
