Group & Centre Activities
Structured activities that
build confidence, skills & connection
Astara Wellness provides group and centre-based activities that support participants to build social connection, develop skills and engage in meaningful activities in a safe and supportive environment.
Inclusive activities that help everyone thrive
Group and centre-based activities bring participants together in a structured, supportive environment to share experiences, build skills and develop meaningful social connections. These programs are designed to be engaging, inclusive and responsive to the interests and goals of participants.
Unlike one-on-one supports, group activities offer something unique - the opportunity to build friendships with peers, learn from others, develop teamwork and experience the joy of shared achievement. Many participants find group settings motivating and confidence-building in ways that individual support simply cannot replicate.
Our programs are designed around participants not around what is easiest to run. We regularly review and update our programs to ensure they remain relevant, enjoyable and aligned with participants' goals. Every participant is valued, included and supported to thrive within the group.
